A true rare find..... Airbourne 9x9 tent
This tent was designed slightly lighter as was usually thrown out of a plane!
1970s issue
Dimensions 8' 9" x 9' 4" x 7' 8".
Area 81 sq feet.
Weight 60 Kg
Can be erected on hard ground without pegs.
Made from tropicalised Olive Drab polyester/cotton material that is rot and water repellant.
Lightweight aluminum frame that consists of only 3 different sections to allow easy erection.
Net covered windows with protective flaps.
Mud Cloth of synthetic material (non rotting) round base.
The 9 x 9 was also designed for use with a Land Rover as well as a free standing unit.
Supplied with pegs.
Ideal for collectors
Used, good condition, may have a few repairs
Our model Dean is 6ft 3in!
