This poncho is so much better than I expected, its very thick material and heavy duty, the delivery was so quick (2 days), I phoned the customer service and they were so very helpful and polite, can not fault this company at all, nothing was a problem for them so helpful, would recommend and would certainly use again, not many companies like this around anymore. Also the item was so much cheaper than any other company online
