All Purpose Personal Protective Ensemble (AP-PPE)
The AP-PPE is the standard-issue CBRN Overgarment used by U.S. Special Operation Forces
It was introduced around 2001 and is still in use today alongside the JSLIST Type VII and Type II suits. The suits feature sleeve pockets with Velcro surfaces, neoprene wrist and ankle seals with outer Velcro storm flaps, and the option of either an integral hood assembly or a neoprene collar with Velcro patches
