IWC Mechanical
Wrist Watch

British Military issue IWC Mark X

Without a doubt the Rarest and most desirable of all the variety of
watches supplied to the British Forces during WW2.

The IWC cal83 WWW was supplied to soldiers in the British Army during WW2..
it was NOT a WW2 Pilots watch as is sometimes claimed.
Furthermore, the IWC is set apart from the other WWII WWW's by the fact
that it's back is a "snap-on" design...  other WWW's used a screw back design.

The cal83 movement uses 15 jewels.. the majority of which are held in Gold Chatons.

This watch is numbered M15257 W.W.W. as can be seen below.

The original dial is Matt Black with Full Arabic numerals in white paint.
There is an Outer minutes track and a huge sub seconds dial at the 6 o'clock position,
luminous dots at each hour (larger at the 3,6,9 and 12 hour positions).

The watch is Genuine and Guaranteed 100% Original.
