Barographs

Precision Instruments for measuring atmospheric pressure over a period of time.
Driven by mechanical (clockwork) mechanisms which turns the drum which carries
a paper sheet under a pen / stylus.  Changes in pressure cause the pen to move up and down
the paper as it rotates, the resulting trace shown barometric pressure changes over many Hours or days.
